Treat names as a public API. Version them. Kill counters with no owner.

## Keep

- `merchant.payout.released`
- `merchant.kyc.submitted`
- `ops.exception.opened`
- `ops.exception.resolved`

## Drop

- `screen_viewed`
- `button_clicked`
- `interesting_event` with no Tuesday attached

Rule: if a later model has to narrate the business, it inherits this vocabulary.
